All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, an A.P.O. or F.P.O. address or U.S. territories. Shipping times exclude weekends and holidays. Shipping prices are subject to change. Sales tax is not added unless we are shipping within California (8.75%).

Refund, Returns Policies: Items may be returned for merchandise credit only within ten days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition and packed properly in a rigid box. Elocquinn is not responsible for postage on returned items. RETURNS Purchases from our inventory may be exchanged within 15 days of the date of purchase either for another piece of jewelry or for store credit, providing you have your sales receipt. We do not give refunds.
